1 - A Distant Village

We begin, of course, as many wanderings do, on a seldom trodden path that leads to a dense, green thicket. A sign “Fresh Mead!” shines like a beacon, pointing in the direction of a tiny village cheerfully nestled amongst the roots of the nearby forest.
